At Knob Creek Candle Co., we take pride in our history of excellence. 
Our journey began with a simple gift: from brother to sister, I was gifted everything I needed to venture into the candle world. little did I know that what started as a hobby would quickly lead to passion.  somehow, the stars aligned and put an abundance of wood into my path, allowing me to pursue my dreams.
 I was born and raised in a small Arkansas community, on a family farm. we raise cattle, watermelons, hay fields and various other crops. it wasn't until the farm was left in devastation after a tornado that I seen the beauty that could still come from the wreckage. from broken pines, cedars, walnuts, and hickory, I was surrounded by more material than I could handle. my husband, an arborist, and I got to work to save as much wood and to make as many bowls as possible, so we could create tons of beautiful, functional decorative pieces that warm the home and heart, allowing something beautiful to come from tragedy.
each bowl that we craft and sell, tells a story of family heritage, resilience, craftsmanship, and creativity. when you purchase a bowl, you're getting a part of history, from a tree that grew up with me.
